Lawyer graduated from Universidade Positivo in 2010 and post-graduated in Administrative Law from Instituto de Direito Romeu Felipe Bacellar. He is part of the firm’s Administrative Law Sector, and he works in the advisory and litigation areas, involving public entities at the federal, state and municipal levels. He has extensive experience in public procurement processes (bids and direct contracts) and also in the areas of Environmental, Consumer and Criminal Law.
