Lawyer graduated from Universidade Tuiuti do Paraná in 2003 and post-graduated in Business Law from Universidade Positivo. He is the coordinating partner of the firm’s Real Estate Law, Bankruptcy and Credit Recovery Sectors. He has extensive experience in real estate law, especially with the implementation and regularization of large projects such as Shopping Centers. He also supervises administrative and judicial proceedings involving the same area, focusing on contract management, lease actions, civil liability and credit recovery. In addition, he coordinates processes involving bankruptcy measures and judicial recovery.
