Lawyer graduated from Pontificia Universidade Catolica de São Paulo (PUC-SP) in 2015, where he was an academic researcher (scholarship sponsored by PIBIC-CNPq) in the area of corporate law (with honors). Post-Graduated in Civil and Business Law from Pontificia Universidade Catolica do Paraná (PUC-PR) in 2020. Coursing Master of Laws (LL.M.) at the Fundação Getúlio Vargas Law School (FGV Law SP). Was an Assistant Professor at PUC-SP Law School Graduation (2017-2018). Member of the Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics (SCCE) since 2016. He is the coordinating partner of the Firm’s Corporate/M&A and Business Law practice and has extensive experience in Corporate Law/M&A, Venture Capital, Intellectual Property, Business Contracts, Startups & Innovation, Compliance & Anti-Corruption and Data Protection matters. Before joining Casillo Advogados, he worked for more than 7 years in Brazilian ‘big law’ firms, such as Machado, Meyer, Sendacz & Opice Advogados and Cescon, Barrieu, Flesch & Barreto Advogados, in which he participated in highly complex transactions and disputes of high economic relevance, including compliance cases regarding Operation Car Wash and M&A transactions considered as “Deal of the Year” by the main international legal rankings. He was elected one of the Most Admired Lawyers in Brazil, according to the Análise Advocacia 2020 ranking, in the “Full Service – State of Paraná” (3rd place) and “Economic Sector – Paper & Cellulose” (4th place) categories. Also nominated by the international publication Leaders League in 2023 and 2024, in “Corporate/Commercial South” ranking.
