Lawyer graduated from Pontificia Universidade Catolica de São Paulo (PUC-SP) in 2015, where he was an academic researcher (scholarship sponsored by PIBIC-CNPq) in the area of corporate law (with honors). Graduated in Civil and Business Law from Pontificia Universidade Catolica do Paraná (PUC-PR) in 2020, when he was Assistant Professor in the Law Degree at PUC-SP (2017-2018). Member of the Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics (SCCE) since 2016. He is the coordinating partner of the Firm’s Corporate and Contracts Sector and has extensive experience in Corporate Law/M&A, Venture Capital, Intellectual Property, Business Contracts, Startups & Innovation, Compliance & Anti-Corruption and Data Protection. Before joining Casillo Advogados, he worked for more than 7 years in major law firms in the country, such as Machado Meyer, Sendacz & Opice Advogados and Cescon, Barrieu, Flesch & Barreto Advogados, in which he participated in highly complex transactions and disputes of an economic relevance, including compliance cases involving Operação Lava Jato and M&A transactions considered “Deal of the Year” by the main international legal rankings. He was elected one of the Most Admired Lawyers in Brazil, according to the Análise Advocacia 2020 ranking, in the “Full Service – State of Paraná” (3rd place) and “Economic Sector – Paper & Cellulose” (4th place) categories.
